CRO Analyst & Content Specialist to Samsung
As a CRO Analyst & Content Specialist, you’ll play a key role in shaping the digital experience of millions of customers!
As CRO Analyst & Content Specialist you’ll have a direct impact on how customers experience one of the largest electronics eStores in the Nordics. It’s a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving, and to work hands-on with both data and content.

About the Role
Samsung is looking for a hands-on, data-driven, and creatively minded CRO Analyst & Content Specialist to join the Nordic Marcom & Customer Experience (CX) team. In this pivotal role, you will work to enhance conversion rates and improve customer journeys across Samsung’s Nordic eStore. This is a role where strategy meets execution – combining data, UX, and content in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, UX, data analytics, and site owners, transforming insights into impactful, real-time improvements. Whether it’s optimizing checkout flows or refining on-page messaging, your work will directly influence engagement and sales performance.
Key responsibilities include
- Conversion Optimization: Plan and implement A/B tests across landing pages, product pages, and category layouts to improve performance and remove friction.
- Content & Merchandising: Optimize banners, promotional messaging, and on-site content to boost click-through rates and user engagement.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor key CRO metrics (bounce rates, conversion paths, time on site) using tools like Adobe Analytics, Content Square, and dashboards.
- Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams and European HQ stakeholders to ensure alignment and knowledge sharing.
- Reporting: Present weekly/monthly reports summarizing test results, insights, and future optimization opportunities.
- Travel: a minimum of 10 travel days to Poland is required.
What We Are Looking For
We seek a candidate passionate about user experience, optimization, and performance data. You are structured, proactive, and can work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. You enjoy digging into analytics, running experiments, and turning insights into tangible improvements.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have
- A strong analytical mindset with a creative approach to problem-solving
- Experience with e-commerce CRO, UX testing, and performance optimization
- Familiarity with A/B testing platforms, content management systems, and tools such as Adobe Target, Content Square, Figma, and Adobe Analytics
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex data into actionable steps and share insights with both technical and non-technical audiences
- A genuine curiosity about user behavior and what drives digital performance
Why Join Us
