What awaits you?
As a Customer Advocate, you’ll play a key role in shaping the client's customer experience strategy. You’ll work closely with and visit dealers across Finland and the Baltic countries, leading and coordinating the CX bonus program, sharing valuable customer feedback, and supporting field teams, retail partners, and other essential stakeholders in implementing best practices. Tracking key customer metrics like NPS (Net Promoter Score) and CSAT (Customer Satisfaction Score), proposing improvements, and running impactful CX workshops will be part of your day-to-day responsibilities.
Additionally, you’ll be involved with the Business Development Center (BDC), communicating directly with customers via phone and email to gain deeper insights into the buying process and customer needs.
Main responsibilities include:
• Leading and coordinating the CX bonus program, ensuring it aligns with business goals.
• Sharing customer feedback and translating it into actionable plans for internal teams.
• Collaborating with field teams and retail partners to implement and improve CX practices.
• Proposing solutions to optimize processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Reporting and presenting customer experience KPIs, ensuring the client stays ahead of customer expectations.
• Plan and deliver engaging CX workshops for internal teams and external partners.
• Handling incoming customer inquiries, delivering premium-quality service in Finnish.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are:
• Knowledgeable about the local automotive market and dealer network.
• Strong in both analytical thinking and communication skills.
• Experienced with Microsoft Office and familiar with customer feedback tools like Qualtrics.
• Holding a University/Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Fluent in Finnish and English; additional Nordic language skills are a plus.
