The Digital Marketing Manager role
Reporting to the Marketing & Brand Communications Director, you will be a vital part of a team focused on global marketing communication. You will be the company’s expert in digital marketing and responsible for developing and executing a global digital marketing strategy that enhances brand awareness, drives lead generation and engages key stakeholders. You will work strategically and operationally to optimize XVIVO’s digital presence, create compelling content, and maximize the impact of digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy.
- Drive and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns targeting transplant professionals, hospitals, patient organizations, and investors.
- Manage and develop the website strategy, SEO, and analytics to increase traffic and engagement.
- Implement and manage DAM (Digital Asset Management) to streamline the organization and distribution of digital assets.
- Develop and manage social media and website content in collaboration with the Marketing Communications Manager.
- Act as a strategic and operational expert in digital marketing, driving digital initiatives within the company.
- Analyze and optimize campaign results using digital analytics tools.
- Work closely with regional marketing organizations in Europe and the U.S. to ensure digital strategies align with local needs.
- Manage collaborations with external agencies and partners.
About you and your experience
To succeed in this role, we believe you are a communicative, structured, and results-driven person who thrives in a dynamic environment. You have a strong strategic understanding of digital marketing and are willing to work hands-on when needed.
Furthermore, you have:
- 5–7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within B2B. Experience in MedTech is a plus but not required.
- Relevant academic background or equivalent work experience
- Profound experience in digital strategy development and campaign management.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and SEO tools.
- Experience in content creation for digital channels and Creative Cloud.
- The ability to analyze and optimize digital campaigns based on data and insights.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
- Experience with Showpad, Hootsuite, Vimeo, and webinar platforms is beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
