About the role as Project Deployment Leader

We are looking for a Project Deployment Leader to a large Swedish Coorporation for an exciting consultant assignment from February 1 to December 31, 2026.

The scope includes launching products in new markets, implementing line extensions, and managing updates to design, labelling, or formulas. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring operational feasibility and compliance with local market regulations in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Project assessment and feasibility

• Coordinating and planning of masterdata/Product Life Cycle Management setup (PLM-setup) for product portfolio

• Secure labelling and regulatory alignment

• Planning and execution of procurement and production processes.

• There are new and incoming requests for Deployment projects every month and each project takes about 5 months to be completed.

• Each project leader handles 15-20 projects at the same time.

Your profile

You are a structured and driven team player who thrives in a dynamic, international setting. You are comfortable handling complex information flows, prioritizing effectively, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. You communicate clearly and know what information needs to be shared, when, and with whom.

Your experience:

• University degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or equivalent

• At least 5 years’ experience as a project manager

• Preferably experience from Operations and/or FMCG

• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
