Senior Visual Product Designer to Top Swedish Organization(temporary assignment)
We’re looking for a Senior Visual Product Designer to lead the evolution of a multi-brand, multi-platform digital design language across apps, web, embedded interfaces, and emerging touchpoints.

We’re looking for a Senior Visual Product Designer to lead the evolution of a multi-brand digital design language. In this role, you’ll define how products look, feel, and scale across apps, web, embedded interfaces, and emerging touchpoints, ensuring premium, consistent experiences for users worldwide.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
In this role, you will define and evolve a multi-brand digital design language across platforms, translating brand strategies into scalable visual foundations that include color, typography, iconography, motion, layout, and component styling. You will ensure that every product touchpoint is visually consistent, technically robust, and crafted to a high standard.
You will develop frameworks that allow multiple brands to coexist within a shared system while maintaining clear differentiation, and collaborate with design system teams to implement visual foundations into component libraries and tokens. Working closely with product designers, engineers, researchers, and brand teams, you will provide visual direction, feedback, and alignment to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences.
Define and maintain visual foundations that scale across multiple brands and platforms
Collaborate with product, engineering, and brand teams to ensure consistency and quality
Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions to drive shared understanding and adoption
Champion high-quality visual design, setting benchmarks and reviewing work across teams
Stay ahead of design trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance visual systems
WHAT YOU BRING
You have 7+ years of experience in product design, visual design, or design systems, with a proven track record of shaping design languages or visual systems across multiple products. Experience in multi-brand environments is a strong plus, and your portfolio demonstrates both visual craft and scalable systems thinking.
You are an expert in visual design fundamentals, including typography, color, layout, motion, and composition, and have a solid understanding of design systems, token-based design, and Figma library management. You know how to balance brand expression with usability and accessibility, while telling a compelling visual story across platforms.
Your mindset is that of a systems thinker with a keen eye for craft. You are collaborative, able to influence across teams, and curious about emerging design trends and technologies. Above all, you are passionate about creating coherent and delightful product experiences.
Key skills and experiences:
Proven experience shaping multi-product design languages or visual systems
Strong visual design fundamentals and portfolio showcasing craft and scalability
Expertise in design systems, Figma libraries, and token-based design
Ability to balance brand expression, usability, and accessibility
Collaborative mindset with experience influencing cross-functional teams
Curiosity for emerging trends and technologies in digital design
Nice to have:
experience with embedded or hardware interfaces, motion design or prototyping skills, and working across global brands or establishing governance and processes for digital product expression.
