We're Looking for a Multi-Channel Online Sales Manager!
Are you ready to make a real difference in online sales and customer satisfaction? We are looking for a dedicated Multi Channel Online Sales Manager to join our BMW Financial Services Marketing Team. In this important role, you will manage online sales efforts and website strategies for Financial Services in the Nordics, covering both B2C and B2B segments, including BMW, MINI, Motorrad, and Alphabet fleet.
You will act as a key connection between the National Sales Company (NSC) and Financial Services teams, ensuring that our online sales strategies and SEO efforts support our sales goals while building strong relationships with customers and partners. Your skills will help improve the online sales journey, enhance our website's visibility, and drive traffic through effective SEO strategies. Furthermore, you have extensive experience in commissioning and managing agencies, enabling you to brief, guide, and evaluate external partners to deliver impactful results. If you have experience in online sales management, website strategy, e-commerce, and SEO, along with strong analytical skills and a collaborative spirit, we would love to hear from you!

- Develop and implement SEO strategies and website updates to improve online visibility and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online sales experience across digital channels.
- Utilize data analytics to inform strategies and decisions, ensuring a data-driven approach to online sales management.
- Test and evaluate updates in the online journey when central push updates occur, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Work closely with team members to ensure all online touchpoints align with our Corporate Identity (CI) and brand guidelines, acting as an advocate for BMW Financial Services.
What should you bring along?
- At least 5 years of extensive experience in online sales management, digital marketing, or related fields such as e-commerce, Customer Insights, Business Analytics, or Sales.
- Significant understanding of online customer journey mapping and data analysis, particularly in relation to sales performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills with proven experience in project management and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced proficiency in BI Tools (Tableau, Clickview) and strong skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and databases.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- An enterprising attitude, ready to take initiative and contribute ideas that enhance online sales and customer experience.
- Academic background in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

This is a permanent, fulltime position and you will be reporting to the Marketing Team Lead. The position is located In Silverdal, Sollentuna. The premises are modern and include a lunch restaurant as well as access to a gym and group training classes.
