We are currently looking for a skilled Change Management & Communication Leader to join a major transformation program within a global organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience from complex stakeholder environments, communication planning and production, and change management — who thrives in fast-moving projects with multiple stakeholders.

This is a full-time consultant assignment starting as soon as possible running until December 31, 2025, with a high likelihood of prolongation. The role is based in Älmhult, Sweden, with a hybrid work setup.

Duties and responsibilities as Change Management & Communication Leader

In this role, you will play a key part in driving change and ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the organization. You will:

• Develop and execute stakeholder management and communication strategies.
• Produce and coordinate communication material for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership to ensure alignment across projects.
• Support change management activities to secure successful implementation.
• Utilize platforms such as Confluence and Jira (or similar tools) for project coordination and communication.
• Work closely with a variety of functions and business areas in a highly international environment.

Experience, knowledge and skills

• Solid experience in project management, change management and communication leadership.
• Experience with or interest in tools like Confluence, Jira or similar project management platforms.
• Previous experience in implementing contingent workforce or external workforce management processes.
• Fluency in English

• The position is full-time with start as soon as possible.
• The role is based in Älmhult, Sweden, with a hybrid work model.
• The assignment runs until 31/12/2025, with high probability of extension.
