Change Management and Communication Leader to global company (interim assignment)
Drive change management and communication strategy, lead stakeholder engagement, create communication materials, and support project success through structure and collaboration.
We are currently looking for a skilled Change Management & Communication Leader to join a major transformation program within a global organization. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience from complex stakeholder environments, communication planning and production, and change management — who thrives in fast-moving projects with multiple stakeholders.
This is a full-time consultant assignment starting as soon as possible running until December 31, 2025, with a high likelihood of prolongation. The role is based in Älmhult, Sweden, with a hybrid work setup.
Duties and responsibilities as Change Management & Communication Leader
In this role, you will play a key part in driving change and ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the organization. You will:
- Develop and execute stakeholder management and communication strategies.
- Produce and coordinate communication material for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and leadership to ensure alignment across projects.
- Support change management activities to secure successful implementation.
- Utilize platforms such as Confluence and Jira (or similar tools) for project coordination and communication.
- Work closely with a variety of functions and business areas in a highly international environment.
Experience, knowledge and skills
- Solid experience in project management, change management and communication leadership.
- Experience with or interest in tools like Confluence, Jira or similar project management platforms.
- Previous experience in implementing contingent workforce or external workforce management processes.
- Fluency in English

- The position is full-time with start as soon as possible.
- The role is based in Älmhult, Sweden, with a hybrid work model.
- The assignment runs until 31/12/2025, with high probability of extension.
