Envirotainer is the global market leader in cold chain transport of pharmaceuticals. They are now looking to strengthen their marketing team with a driven and organized Event Manager who will plan and execute events and fairs on an international level. We are looking for a candidate who is motivated by working in a dynamic company where ambition and pace are high. This is a 3 month interim assignment with the possibility of being extended into a permanent position. Start date in January 2025.
The Role
As Event Manager at Envirotainer you are responsible for all the company’s customer events.
Envirotainer is a specialized B2B company, highly driven by relationships. Events are among our most important marketing activities, and Envirotainer participate in events worldwide.
You will be the point of contact with the trade show organizer, and ensure they show market leadership presence, and deliver a strong customer experience. This means develop and managing booths, materials and tradeshow communication, with clear messages and visuals. You will also orchestra digital communication before, during and after with compelling content. Furthermore, you will manage all internal and external logistics.
If Envirotainer has customer activities during the event, such as round table discussion group, or thought leadership presentations, or just a cocktail in the booth, this will also be managed by you.
Additionally, Envirotainer arranges their own customer events. You will plan and execute these activities, build a strong conveying agenda with internal and external speakers, and ensure the attendees have a great experience. You will be the point of contact to all speakers, ensure they are briefed and that all content is developed and reviewed in line with the agreed story flow.
Envirotainer also have two studios in Stockholm where you will broadcast webinars and record event communication.
About you
- Experienced: You are an experienced event manager, with strong project leadership skills. Very good at planning and keeping timelines.
- Independently: Ability to work independently, in a fast-paced environment where you communicate with many people every day, both internal and external.
- Global Perspectives: Experience with global events and familiarity with different cultures and countries.
- Communication Acumen: Skilled in developing messages for events (booths, materials) but also for speaker agenda.
- Creativity: Strong creative sense to build creative assets based on strategy and messages.
- Agency Management: Experience in leading agencies, for creative work.

Customer Insights: Interested in understanding customer needs and market dynamics, to develop effective programs or presentations.
Relevant work experience and education
- Degree in Communications or related area preferred
- Experience from international company is preferred.
- Fluent in English, spoken and written.
Location
- Hybrid, but based at Envirotainer’s HQ in Rotebro.
- Will also require traveling for events or conferences (20-30%)
