About the role: 

As Channel & Analytics Manager you will be responsible for the overarching design and UX of all owned digital channels as well as activation and analysis of corporate communication initiatives. The role requires expertise in hands-on cross-channel management, including dotcom and social media. 

What will you do:

  • Manage the overarching design of our owned channels including dotcom and social media
  • Define the look/feel/structure of our dotcom including homepage, About Tetra Pak section, corporate campaign pages and other corporate touchpoints
  • Conduct social listening across channels to identify communication opportunities and risks
  • Activate and measure corporate positioning campaigns on dotcom, social media and other paid media
  • Act as the primary point of contact for community management on corporate topics
  • Activate our employee advocacy network in social media
  • Participate in the development of digital communications process development, social media strategy and content strategy

Who you are:

You are a self-starter who is both naturally creative and structured. Team working and capability to build networks are important as well as problem solving and a pragmatic mindset.

Education and language skills:

  • Higher relevant education (Master of Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communication)
  • Excellent skills in English in speech and writing (native English is a plus)

Professional skills and experience of the ideal candidate:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar hands-on role, including cross-channel management and experience, UX, analytics, development of social media strategy
  • Experience working in CMS tools and systems, such as Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience working in social media planning tools and systems, such as Khoros
  • Experience working in web analytics, social listening and other digital analysis tools
  • Corporate experience in addition to agency experience
