About the role

As a Corporate Editorial Manager you will be responsible for strategic messaging, creative storytelling and building the Tetra Pak brand, especially in digital channels. The role is strategic with an overall aim to strengthen the Tetra Pak brand by shaping the content strategy and public narrative of the company.

What will you do:

  • Develop the Tetra Pak public narrative
  • Drive the editorial calendar, structure, and processes at a central level
  • Develop the corporate omnichannel strategy, working with various channel owners across the organisation
  • Manage the editorial calendar structure to be used across corporate communication and marketing communication teams
  • Identifiy content opportunities from business partners across all businesses and functions
  • Represent corporate communications team in editorial planning meetings
  • Manage strategy and planning of corporate positioning campaigns in collaboration with PR, events, and marketing communications
  • Develop corporate programmes for digital channels, including employee advocacy and influencer strategy
  • Acts as a team leader to guide the development of content and channel experience for the brand

Who you are:

As a person you are a self-starter. Naturally creative and with a strategic mindset. You are a natural leader with the ability to influence and inspire co-workers. Team working and capability to build networks are important as well as problem solving and a pragmatic mindset.

Education and language skills:

  • Higher relevant education (Master of Marketing / Communications)
  • Excellent skills in English in speech and writing (native English is a plus)

Professional skills and experience of the ideal candidate:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar strategic position within content and creative storytelling, brand building in various digital channels
  • Strong experience of stakeholder management / ambassador for change
  • Skills in informal leadership
  • Experience of working in a global environment and ability to work across multiple geographical environment
