The Absolut Company is a leading global spirits company, and since 2008, part of Pernod Ricard. Our goal is to deliver exciting consumer-centric experiences at the heart of convivial consumption moments. To help grow the overall spirits category we need to continuously work to better understand shopper & customer needs, ultimately developing impactful consumer-facing solutions.

Our Channel Marketing team is focused on meeting these needs and is responsible for taking our brand strategies and turning them into disruptive & exceptional assets, including the development of distinctive POSM (point of sales materials) & VAPs (value added packaging) solutions. These assets are critical, as they are in some markets the only touchpoint our brands have with consumers, due to legal restrictions of the spirits category.

We are now looking for a highly organized Junior Brand Manager to our Channel Marketing Team for a consultancy assignment for 4-5 months. In this position, you will be working with the POSM and VAPs for The Absolut Company.


Key Responsibilities

You will develop the right POS & VAPs solutions for our brand, at the right touchpoint, for the right customer and for the right consumer/shopper in off- & on-trade to drive profitable growth.

You are going to lead projects from start to finish, taking brand strategies & consumer needs and transforming them into exceptional POSM & VAPs, ensuring sell-in & implementation to local markets, that can be executed either in Retail or Consumption moments.

In this role, you will have both external and internal contact points such as The Absolut Company Global Marketing Team, The Absolut Company Procurement Team, Pernod Ricard Head Quarters, Pernod Ricard Market Companies, agencies and external partners.

We believe that you have a university degree and 2-3 years of marketing experience, ideally from the FMCG sector and within the beverage industry. You are experienced in working cross-functionally. Fluency in English is necessary.


The assignment

This is a full-time assignment, starting as soon as possible. The assignment is until the end of June, with a possibility of extension. Location is at TACs office in Liljeholmen.
