In a context of fast-moving operational leasing market, the Business Transformation & Customer Experience Team at Arval is managing the transformation and adaptation of our business, our culture and our people to the new challenges of our industry such as digitalization & IT platforms, mobility & user experience, process excellence and service quality. This includes leading cross-functional collaboration, innovation, change management and business transformation initiatives.

The role as Projects & Process Specialist

In the role as Projects & Process Specialist in the Business Transformation & Customer Experience Team at Arval Sweden, the main mission of the role is to support the company in the deployment of Target Operating Models and Digital platforms together with the business lines and Corporate Functions. You will animate the various areas and mobilize the resources transversally to pilot processes, projects, and continuous improvement. As part of your role your mission will include to increase the quality standards and employees awareness of process and service quality and customer experience. In the role you will support the adequacy and quality of processes and projects to enable Arval Sweden to achieve its strategic goals in a cost-effective way.

The main responsibilities within the project management include:

• Align governance framework for project and portfolio management and be accountable with the sponsors, for meeting project deadlines, budget and expected results.
• Actively contribute to the definition and update of the portfolio of business projects, by providing information about possible IT solutions, process improvement, risks and constraints.
• Coordinate the declination of country strategy into a set of coherent projects and monitor them with the business.
• Supporting and following-up all local transformation projects & KPI:s
• Documenting and publishing all project documentation.

The main responsibilities within the Business Process Management include:

• Support process deployment and management (procedures charts, job instructions, flow of information, regular update and communication) in close relationship with the business.
• Support processes continuous improvement, in line with KPI:s and performance standards defined in TOM (Target Operational Model) or Corporate functions.
• Spread continuous improvement and Service Culture, define and follow up the efficiency plans for the processes based on Customer Feedback (NPS, Driver Surveys and Complaints).
• Improving data management process (quality & efficiency) and reporting service.
• Coordinating IT support process, in cooperation with local key users and with the service provider.

Who are you?

In order to be successful and grow in the role we have identified the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, data or engineering.
• Certification in Project Management or Process Management is expected but not mandatory.
• Strategic and critical thinking and decision making.
• Open minded, curious about new ideas, initiative spirit.
• Leadership skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Project and change management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, hands-on/pragmatic profile.
• Clear communication with all levels and excellent editorial quality.
• Customer centric, able to lead process improvement and implement cross departmental changes.
• Experienced in working with a framework of a corporate center and international environment.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
