As a Social Media Manager, you will join our Group Communications and Brand team and report to the Director External Communications.
What you'll do as Social Media Manager
- Create a social media strategy that supports the overall business plan
- Develop our social media channels by setting up KPIs, monitoring and analyzing data and generating reports
- Create content (text and slideshows/videos) for social media and munters.com in excellent English and Swedish
- Support all parts of the organization with social media-related activities and coordinate the editorial meetings
- Monitor comments from readers and take action
- Create and monitor sponsored content
- Set up a strategy and network for advocacy (i.e. Smarp)
- Create content and publish on munters.com
Your experiences and skills
- Excellent social media knowledge, both on a strategic and a hands-on level preferably with a commercial background
- Excellent skills in writing in English and Swedish
- Good understanding of users’ behaviors and communication trends
- Experience with the digital publishing tool Oktopost and Episerver/Optimizly
- Experience with SEO, Google Analytics, ads and sponsored links
- Experience in project management
- Relevant post-secondary education and very experienced in the field of social media and digital communication
- Good project management skills
We believe that you are self-driven, but also a good team player, who enjoys working with colleagues from around the world. You have excellent communication skills and understand how to communicate with different target groups using social media platforms.
Good to know
This is a full-time permanent position starting as soon as possible. You will be working in Kista - Stockholm, Sweden, with the possibility to work remotely.
