ABM Lead Nordics to Capgemini

We are looking for a new ABM Lead to join our Nordic Marketing & Communications-team to lead our ABM across the Nordics and actively work with our selected accounts for ABM in Sweden.

The Nordic ABM team advises and supports Capgemini Nordic’s priority accounts in leveraging marketing to effectively drive account strategies and objectives, in particular related to expanding the value of the portfolio at the client (market share) and in improving our positioning at the client (mind share). 

About the role

As ABM Lead Nordics you will be responsible for developing and managing the roll out and implementation of our ABM strategy for selected accounts, to drive defined ABM objectives in line with agreed annual plans. To this end, you will work closely with the Nordic Marketing & Communications Director, the Account Teams of the accounts under your responsibility, and you will perform the work together with the Nordic ABM team. Your work will encompass end-to-end account-based marketing, including, when needed, pursuit marketing. 

What you will do:

  • Develop and drive our ABM-plan across the Nordics, leveraging on assets from Group, leading the Nordic efforts together with 4-5 ABM professionals onsite and offsite.
  • Head the ABM activities in the Swedish market, proactively working both with the planning and the activation of the ABM efforts end-to-end. 
  • Work closely with the account sales and delivery teams, together with the wider Nordic ABM-team, and support their objectives for the respective accounts
  • Recommend marketing strategies and approaches to support account objectives and drive them, i.e. understand sales processes and objectives of the accounts and work closely with them on their account strategy to define fitting marketing programs to achieve their goals and grow their business
  • Identify marketing tactics and coordinate on a Nordic and local level to provide proactive, structured, long-term strategic marketing support
  • Support the account team by sharing best practices from other accounts, as well as any new ABM solutions/approaches
  • Track, measure and report on all ABM activity based on Sales KPIs and successes

Lead the Nordic ABM-team, by leveraging:

  • Nordic ABM best practices and best practice sharing
  • Nordic ABM team excellence by professional development and growth
  • Nordic ABM community development by being an active connector and support to other members of the Nordic ABM Community
  • Sector synergies and build on assets developed in the ABM workstream for the benefit of prioritized sectors – and as such, take an active part in the sector marketing aligned to the client industries
  • Sector marketing plans, campaigns, and assets into ABM plans and tactics at the managed accounts, in as much as this is aligned with the account plans
  • Providing advisory and feedback to sector marketing on the most effective tools and content to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of collaboration between ABM and Sector Marketing for accounts.

You will report directly to the Nordic Marketing & Communications Director. You will also collaborate with our global Global ABM team and be part of the wider network to identify synergies and benefit from knowledge-sharing among peers. 

What you´ll bring:

To be successful in this role you have 10+ years of experience within the area of marketing and communications and a relevant academic degree. You have worked with account based marketing in some form and with pursuit marketing. If you have worked with sales, it is considered a plus. Working with digital marketing and technology comes natural to you.

With the experience you have you know how to articulate and influence both stakeholders and team. It comes easy to you how to prioritize, focus and balance the workload in a dynamic environment. You know how to coach and present to inspire people around you.

You have experience in competitive research, and most marketing domains. As well as experience and understanding of marketing ROI, marketing KPI’s and how to drive them.

Since you will be working in a global context and with Swedish public sector you have to be fluent in written and spoken English and Swedish.

The position is a permanent full-time employment, starting as soon as possible with regard for notice period.

The role is located in Sweden.
