CRM Specialist to Mycronic

In your role as Sales Information Manager for division High Flex you will find yourself at the very forefront of the electronics industry, working on an international arena and taking on a broad role with strategic as well as operational responsibilities. It will be your mission to assure the organization excels in the use of their global CRM system and other sales supporting system tools, and make sure they help driving the business forward. You will be part of a global Sales and Marketing team responsible for supporting our sales activities worldwide and have close collaboration with colleagues from other departments and subsidiaries around the world.

You are a true team player with an open attitude, a positive mindset and have a high level of personal responsibility. You thrive in a global and fast-changing environment where your ability to collaborate with a global organization to make the CRM come to its full potential, being a central and natural part of the sales process.

 In your role as the Sales Information Manager you will:

■  be responsible for supporting and developing Mycronic´s CRM system and other sales tools to the organization's needs

■  be the expert on the CRM system

■  support and train the organization worldwide on the use of the CRM system

■  support the organization with developing the reporting and analysis tools required to understand the needs of our customers

■  support the Sales and Marketing organization using the CRM system for promotional activities

 As a CRM trainer within Mycronic you have to have great presentations skills and like to share your knowledge to colleagues around the world.

 Education

A university degree in Sales and Marketing, Business and Economics or a related field.

Work experience

You have extensive knowledge on the best practices in the use of CRM systems and preferably experience from SugarCRM. For at least five years you have been working in a Sales and Marketing role with a deep understanding of the sales, marketing and business process in a global B2B organization.

To succeed at Mycronic you have to understand IT and be comfortable in that environment. You have project management skills and experience from leading IT related development projects.

You speak both English and Swedish.
